STEM Explorance 2025: Inspiring Young Minds through STEM
PENANG, 26 May 2025 – USAINS, in collaboration with MOSTI and USM, successfully organized the STEM Explorance Camp 2025 for Year 3 to Year 6 students, aiming to bring STEM education closer to the community.
The Usains Biomics Team played a role in this initiative by conducting a workshop on creating a natural mosquito repellent lotion through EcoRepel: DIY Mosquito Lotion. During the workshop, students were introduced to the scientific and chemical principles involved in formulating the lotion.
This initiative aligns with the goals of inclusive education and sustainable development, fostering a future generation that is both technologically and scientifically literate.
